Bought this for my 82 year old mother. She has low vision so cruising social sites for family photos isn’t an option. This frame was so easy to set up. I created a folder of photos on my iPhone before her frame arrived then uploaded them once it was delivered. Easy. I then texted a link to family members and just sending photos through text puts photos directly onto the frame. Cool. I like it. You can then manage the frame through their app - which photos to change out/remove, how fast to display them, etc. I can manage my mom’s frame via the app from 100 miles away. Perfect. I read reviews of other frames and this one stuck out because I don’t have to pay a subscription, I have unlimited photos and free storage. I also discovered that the ease of use is exactly as others described. It’s easy. Picture quality is bright and clear although bad photo in, bad photo displayed.. It turns off at night and back on when light hits it. Nice. Buy it. It’s worth the money. My brother and I just got this for my mom for her birthday. Easy, painless setup and the app works extremely well. The frame feels substantial and has a quality feel, and it is a good size. I don’t usually write reviews but this product is just great. Got the 10” landscape one for my boyfriend’s mom for Christmas and now I want one for myself! Easy set up and the app is FREE and has unlimited storage for photos, which is something that is hard to find nowadays. I hope it stays that way! The quality of the photos AND videos (and the sound) are amazing and so clear. I did a lot of research of which digital frame brand is best but this is the best one by far. I was hesitant on getting it at first because of the free app and unlimited storage so I thought maybe the quality might not be good but it exceeded my expectations! Read more

I read hundreds of reviews on many of these WiFi picture frames and while all of them had cons, I went with the 12' Aura. So far I'm not disappointed. Setup was fast and easy. I transferred photos from my Android phone via text, email and thru the Aura app. All seamless no problems at all. I was surprised the unit I recd has a power on/off button so the review complaints of not having this feature appear to have been addressed. I was concerned about photo positioning but the Aura App allows you to quickly edit and test show on the frame immediatley. That's a great bonus versus having to edit then upload to test. I also read complaints about the Aura requiring constant WIFI else there's trouble. I have not experienced anything like this. My in home wifi has mesh devices for coverage so my network is subject to peaks and valleys in bandwidth but I experienced no connectivity troubles so far. One comment suggested that your network could slow down as the SD device is constantly download large image/video filed. But I believe once you upload the file and it gets moved to the frame there is some on board memory based on watching a video loads the first time it takes about 10 seconds but subsequent plays is immediate. Last and most important is the display: it is a vibrant, colorful display that actually brings pictures to life. It is very eye-catching while we're eating dinner and the picture changes. Simply a beautiful display. The Auto on/off function works well as the unit turned off at night and on in the morning daylight. It hasn't been a full week since I recd but so for the Honeymoon phase with this product has been great. I will update if any problems surface so if I don't update this review all continued well.
