It’s a great quality product. It’s sturdy, it’s taller than the images can even convey, but also tiny when you need it to be. The locking works as intended, it balances amazingly, and the included remote lets you take pictures and start videos without needing to reach. All that being said, the gooseneck is significantly shorter than the pictures and advertising let on. I plan on using it for a top down view of a table, and while it can work well if I tilt and rotate the video in editing, I wouldn’t have to rely on that if the gooseneck was simply as long as it was advertised to be. It’s otherwise a worthwhile product, assuming your use case isn’t the same as mine. You can make it work, and I will, but it’s unlikely that everyone could, so maybe look elsewhere if you share the same goal? Read more
