It tastes like Big Red gum at first but then mild flavor while brushing and foams nicely. My teeth feel smooth and extra clean and it is really gentle on my gums. Love this toothpaste. I get canker sores (not to be confused with cold sores) from toothpastes with SLS or artificial sweeteners (sucralose) in them. It’s very difficult to find one I can tolerate.
