Not to gush over toothpaste, but this one has a nice flavor of licorice. It refreshes my breath and I enjoy brushing with it. I know flouride is not good for us so that is a huge plus. I've been buying this toothpaste since I first learned of it 7yrs ago. Now at $26.89 via Subscribe and Save, it's still a good deal. You don't need as much product vs. traditional toothpsate (tho truthfully I don't think we need as much traditional toothpaste as we've been led to believe either. In fact, I experimented and learned I don't). I put the Auromere in my mouth and swirl it around occasionally for about 10 mins (there's no harmful fluoride to worry about), and when I brush, I specifically brush the teeth that have been bothering me.
