This adapter wirelessly pairs and connects easily to the car and works perfectly. I bought it to simplify connecting my Samsung phone to my 2020 CRV for Google Maps. Previously, I had to connect my phone to the car with a USB cable. This wireless adapter is about the size of a thumb drive. I leave it plugged into the car socket, and it connects quickly, which is much more convenient than having to tether my phone to the car with a USB cable each time I want to display navigation on the car screen. Straight out of the box excellence! I plugged it in, paired my Bluetooth from my phone and it works. The next time I got in my Tahoe it got straight to work without me having to push any buttons or interact with ir at all. I bought the "Magic Link" and had difficulties getting it to work occasionally and I eventually gave up on it. The AuroraLink may not do YouTube and stuff like magic link, but that's fine. I gifted this AuroraLink Wireless CarPlay Adapter to one of my relatives, and they've been using it constantly ever since. Though the connection isn't super straightforward—it takes a bit of time for the phone to pair with the car—once it's set up, it supports Apple CarPlay and Android Auto really well. I've been using this CarPlay USB for a bit now after using others and I am very impressed. This thing is tiny, so it does not take up room in my car and the setup was very quick and straightforward; plug it in and connect through Bluetooth. This works flawlessly, and the map and music are very smooth and responsive compared to others I've tried, as if it was still plugged in. This product is almost perfect but still has a flaw. Sometimes I leave my car running while I run inside my house or a gas station or something of the sorts, and when I come back the screen is all black. I have to replug the device in and it will connect again. It is not a dealbreaker, but something worth noting. Overall, I am happy with this little thing, it is very fast and connects quickly making it more convenient than having to plug my phone in. I recommend for anyone who wants to upgrade their wired CarPlay to a wireless version. Read more

Easy set up for my '20 Toyota, the connection was great, it was compact enough where it wasn't being bumped by my passengers, and I do use it a lot more than my previous wireless set. Works great with iOS 26.2 beta. Read more

This connects most of the time every time. If it doesn't connect right away I have to fight with settings to get it to reconnect. Also there are times of a poor connection because the music playing will cut in and out. Read more

Bought this to use in our 2023 Toyota Camry (Curse you Toyota for not making every trim level have wireless carplay/android auto!) This fills the needs perfectly, works great, and is a small size that doesn't get in the way. The only issue we've noticed is if you skip a song there is about a 1 second delay. Otherwise it is flawless and super easy to connect to. I tried a Carlinkit before and couldn't get it to connect to my S23 Ultra or 16 Pro. Pretty frustrating to spend $70, have a chord to deal with, and not have an easy experience like I had with this one. Read more
