Best soap I have ever used. Third week using. So I will give another review later on. I know at first it seems a little expensive. But once you get it you will see that the 6.6oz bars are huge. A light fragrance. The lather is beyond amazing. The few days I started to notice a difference in my skin. My skin was smoother and softer. I feel like my skin looks younger. Or more healthy. My skin feels more clean, fresh and light from oils through out the day. The bar is lasting about 2 weeks. That is with my son and myself using it. I think it would last me a month if it was just myself. I started off with one bar. Then I just bought the 8 pack variety. Which I feel like when you go higher up in the packs they kind of discount it to almost half the amount buying individual bar/bars. I am loving the variety of scents. I also would recommend this product for elderly people who are experiencing dry skin that splits open or easily damage. I have my mother using it. An in using it, Day one there was a huge difference in her skin. One this third week I started to use it for my face as well. I tend to break out at periods due to stress or who knows. But after using it for just a few days my face is clearing up. It is also more smooth and soft. I can't stop bragging about this soap. Please try! Every person is different. But give it time. Do not knock it after using it a little bit. I know I am just on my third week. But I would say give it a month. Also when you use it, try not to put to much soap on what you use to apply your soap to the skin. (Lather is amazing) Will help make it last little longer. A little goes a long way. Read more

This soap lasts a long time, which speaks to the triple milling. I’ve been using mine for a few weeks, and it is just now showing some wear. Fragrance is mild, which is nice, and it lathers really well. Bar is larger than store bought, which is also a pleasant surprise. Excellent value. Read more

Just took my first shower with Australian Botanical Soap and was very impressed. Lathers nicely, has a soft, creamy feel on the skin yet rinses away cleanly. The bar I used had a pleasant fragrance that was not at all overpowering. To me, worth the price. Note that the bars are double width, so if you have small hands, you might have trouble holding on to them. Read more

Love the soap. I like the sampler so now I know which ones I want to reorder. Leaves my skin feeling clean without being oily or leaving a strong smell (it smells great, I just don’t walk around smelling like the soap all day). Also like that it holds up better than other “fancy” soaps I’ve tried. These bars hold up very, very well and don’t break into four or five pieces. Read more

Typically we are a Dr Bronners household, but when I saw New York Times Wirecutter rated this soap highly I had to try it. Overall we really like it- it feels like real soap, not like the stuff you buy at the grocery, not the stuff I grew up with which I’m sure was whatever was on sale- but it feels like real purposeful soap. Not overly bubbly, but bubbles don’t make you clean (that’s a myth sold by chemical companies.) Now I’m a dude, so I don’t know if my skin is softer, but I think my partner’s is, that could be confirmation bias, but I really like this soap. Finally, the smell, we bought an 8 variety pack and when we were deciding which bar to try first we went with the pinkest, most fragrant, most stereotypically feminine bar. I knew if there was one I was absolutely going to dislike that would be the one, and my partner liked the smell and she’s basically the boss anyway. But here’s the thing, even though it’s pink and smells very “pink,” I love it. Clearly, I’m not one of those men that needs to buy “man soap” from the hardware store or whatever, but honestly, these big bars are better quality, better price, and a better clean. And there are tons of options that would be considered gender neutral or even masculine. I was intrigued by the reviews. This is expensive soap but everybody loved it. I’ve been using dove (a cleansing bar, not a soap) for decades and like it. But it just disappears really quickly and gets mushy on the way. So decided to try this. I’m not a fan of soap but I’m getting used to it with this. The bar is huge, stays firm to the end, lasts forever. So re cost, as others have said, it’s really not that much given how long it lasts. Nice mild smell - good amount of suds. If you’re going to use soap, this is great. I’ll probably go back and forth - both this and cleansing bar have pluses/minuses. Read more
