A very simple tool that picks up on voltage quite easily. The length of the wire is well sized for most cases. My only complaint is that the rubber warp on the handles of the ground prong managed to work their way off rather quickly, but that didn't affect the functionality of the tool. This circuit tester works great and is really easy to use. The lights clearly show positive and negative polarity, which makes checking things quick and simple. I’ve used it to test wiring and battery voltage on my vehicles and it’s been very handy. The long spring wire and big alligator clip make it easy to reach around the engine bay, and the sharp probe helps get into tight spots. Great basic tester just to check for voltage, works great to tell you the voltage of a battery (even 9V batteries) , will read out voltage of a car battery standing or running, helps determian if battery or the alternator is not good . Read more

Works great, but when you’re used to the bulb to light up or the beep, it’s kinda hard holding the tester with the display facing you when you’re at odd angles, I like it, the cable feels cheapie but for the price, it’s cool but you’re probably better off paying a few more bucks and get one with thicker gauge wire and one with the display/light/beep of your preference Read more
