I have never been one to wear or use earphones or buds because I just don't like the feel of things in or over my ears, but this are great, comfortable, clear quality sound. I just received two days ago so haven't had a chance to use it a lot, but I'll provide some initial reactions and results. The fit is very comfortable. There is plenty of room between the back of my neck and the neck band -- over an inch. The band is soft silicone-type material. Note that the band is not adjustable. I wore them for four hours straight when I received them. They are comfortable. The over ear loop doesn't interfere with my glasses stems. I did find that I needed to move one earpiece a bit. They sit right outside the ear canal. I think the sound is very good. You won't have the booming bass that you would on music headphones, but I'm using this primarily for calls and maybe to occasionally listen to music or podcasts at my desk while working. The microphone piece is on the left side and can be adjusted. You can't use the microphone on the right side. Very pleased at this point and I hope they last. I previously used a plug in headset for over 3 years, since the pandemic, but just got a new Samsung phone that does not have the headset jack. I've ordered a Samsung jack adapter but in the meantime ordered this headset, because the last adapter I ordered on Amazon did not work at all. Hoping the Samsung adapter does work so I'll have two headset options. I really like the fact that this is Bluetooth/wireless. Will be nice for phone conversations so I don't have to have the phone on me or get tangled in the cord. I'll update this review if this headset does not last or I have other issues, but for now, I'm happy. Read more
This product has been a good option for those looking for the flexibility of open-ear headsets while also wanting a boom mic for calls. I use these primarily on walks and light outdoor activity, but they have also acted as my go-to headset outside of that. The call quality is good, but maybe not as sharp as you'd expect from a dedicated boom mic. they are light weight and you can wear for 6+ hours without any discomfort. Roughly 6 months into pretty regular use, one of the ear speakers gave out and I contacted customer service to see if their warranty was really going to back up the product since it was out of return window. Their customer support contact, Rosally, was very empathetic and helpful. After the requisite "did you turn it off and on again/pair it with something else" steps they sent me another headset; but it was broken out of the box. After informing Rosally of this they promptly sent another one and it has been working well for the last month or so. I cannot give the product full marks, but it does what I want and when I needed customer support, it was there and helped so I'm bumping them from a 3 to 4 star for my part. Read more
The ad is misleading, because while it does not explicitly claim to be a bone conduction product, it also makes every effort suggest that it is. The phrase “open ear headphone” is their euphemism, dont be fooled. That being said, this product checks all the red flag boxes. Poor connection quality, when it connects at all, a rare occurrence to be sure…. Poor sound quality, etc. I suggest moving on in your search right now, because this product is fat dose of buyers remorse, stalking you, like a feline predator that has plenty of time…. Read more
The price point isn’t bad. A few considerations: 1. Unit broke after dropping 5’ to concrete. 2. Sound quality is acceptable, but not great. 3. Battery life is reasonable. 4. Noise cancelling appears to work well. 5. Charges quickly. 6. Light weight. Read more

This device is great for work and, comfortable fit, very clear reception for meetings and telephone use in office and for reception desk connection in work phone. Was a great headset while it lasted. Then suddenly no longer working, would not pair with my PC anymore. No changes to the PC, no updates to Windows occurred or are outstanding, just died. Read more
