This is the best treatment for mites on the eyelids that I have ever used. Baby shampoo stings. Eyelid cleansers work at removing crusties but neither seem to do a whole lot to get rid of persistent lash crusting and it's likely cause. Avenova causes absolutely no irritation or discomfort yet is remarkably effective at its task. I use it on lash margins and eyebrows. The dry scales were gone within days. Only downside would be cost compared to similar products, a bit pricey but it's worth it to me. That and since hypochlorous acid degrades into water kind of the way hydrogen peroxide does, I plan on using it once or twice a day. Very pleased. Read more

Very good product, super gentle, non irritating and very soothing. My daughter has consistent eye infections and she is horrified when her eye needs to be cleaned and drops applied. Her opthamologist wants her to use a steroid eye gel on a daily basis but I'm not in agreement with that method. So, I started hunting for something that is not going to compromise my daughter's immunity and effective enough to clean, and prevent more bacteria from building up around her upper eyelid. This stuff really helps! te redness and crust have subsided and her eye appears more clean. there has been one minor onset infection; but she washed it twice-three times per day and has not had a full blown infection Read more

I have dry eye disease and my doctor told me to use this twice a day. She suggested I order it from Amazon. I have been using it for about a year and it works beautifully. It is important to not only use the spray but to use the pads that you can buy separate. A bit expensive for my choice but necessary. Read more

This was recommended to me as part of an eye treatment regimen for one eye. I would give the eye three spritzes before wiping off all the solution, twice a day. My issue cleared up, so I suppose it was effective. HOWEVER, after a week of using it on the affected eye, I noticed the skin of my cheek under that eye was suddenly showing very fine wrinkles. It was only on that side, and I definitely didn’t have them before. I believe the spray (which would get all over my forehead and cheek when I sprayed the eye) caused the skin of my cheek to dry out a lot more than normal, leading to wrinkling. Because of that, I recommend that you avoid getting the liquid on more skin than is absolutely necessary, especially if you already have dry skin issues. Read more

Great product! Do not buy the less expensive similar eye products. This is the real deal. No eye infections sine I started using after having three cornea ulcers in a year. I use it in the morning and at night. It’s a must have and will save you money in the long run. My ophthalmologist recommended, so grateful she did. Read more

Works great. On the suggestion of my ophthalmologist, I keep it in the fridge which makes it more soothing to my eyes. Read more

I’ve been using the Avenova Eyelid & Eyelash Cleanser for a few weeks now, and it’s quickly become an essential part of my daily routine. I originally bought it to help with occasional eye irritation and dryness, but it’s done so much more than that. It feels incredibly gentle—no stinging or burning—and yet it leaves my eyelids feeling clean and refreshed. The spray bottle makes application easy and mess-free. I love that it uses pure hypochlorous acid, which is both effective and safe for everyday use. I’ve noticed fewer issues with itchy eyes and crustiness in the morning, and even my lash line looks healthier. If you deal with dry eyes, blepharitis, or just want a solid eye hygiene product, I highly recommend giving this a try. The 20mL size is compact enough to take on the go but lasts longer than you’d expect. Read more
