Very thin, so great for travel but not very padded. It's a standard size yoga mat with good grip. Love the color and design of this mat and comes with an easy to store drawstring bag. It travels folded which takes up less space in the suitcase so I loved that! Read more

This is going to be great for travel. It’s thick enough to provide good cushioning, so I’ll likely use it for more than just yoga. It folds down enough to fit into my backpack (granted my bag is a little wider than most) and the pattern is kinda cute (though not sure if it’s actual symbolism for something). I have been needing a yoga mat for some time now and this one does the job perfectly. It is not a whole lot thicker than most yoga mats I've seen, but the textured surface is very nice and works well with with the socks that have the grip dots on the bottom. I like the design on the mat which actually helps me with my foot positions that I'm learning as a (once again) beginner to yoga. It's a darling mat and I appreciate the carrying backpack too, so I can easily take it with me on my bike. This is no more "foldable" than your typical super-thin yoga mat. They just folded it instead of rolling it and provided a carrying pack for the folded configuration. The folds result in weird lines and, again, it's very thin, so it's not going to protect you much from the ground under it. Read more

Okay, so I didn’t realize what a benefit the folding yoga mat would be until I got it. It folds easily, slides easily into the little drawstring backpack with ease. Not having this large rolled up yoga mat is so much easier to store and transport, It’s pretty thick for something that folds. Grip is nice, quality is great. Even on the pavers I didn’t have any knee pain when in table pose. Definitely will order one for my daughter. Read more
