first impression garbage ( update )

followed installation guide all went well. started to back up files, halfway thru 4.8TB transfer the drive errored out and lost all files. have tried to reboot but not successful. Do not buy this product!!!!! Update : one of the disk is bad and does not format properly so returning this item as this is not fixable Read more
