Unsure if there was a mix up but mine came in black even tho advertised as white, glad that’s the only problem i had though because it’s pretty amazing, very fast transfer speeds and plenty of storage. Read more
Stopped working after 2 months
I bought the product, moved 3 games onto it from my ps5. A couple weeks later I tried connecting it to my ps5 and turning it on and it wont turn on and my ps5 says it’s not connected. I cannot figure out how to contact seller to talk about the 2 year warranty it’s suppose to have. Read more

Hard Drive crashed
Will not buy this brand again can't get my saved games off hard drive. Keeps shuing down saying it needs to be repaired. So then tired to format to be able to use again. Says hard drive can't be formatted after waiting over an hour. Very disappointed in this hard drive brand and company. Read more
