I’ve always been skeptical of an “eye massage” but wow, you don’t realize how much tension builds up in the muscles surrounding your eyes! As soon as the massaging starts, I can just feel my body relaxing and the stress melting away. Combine that with the cold eye lid covers and after a session my face looks relax and 0 inflammation. The warm feature is great too and doing the hot/cold cycle is fantastic. The 2 button functions is easy to use and the voice feedback is great because I don’t have to remember what button combo does what. So I bought this eye mask in October and it worked great. I would get seven days out of the charge but now it's lasting one night. It is fully charged. They had multiple settings of vibration in a couple cold, and hot features. I'm not sure if it's worth my money now. I'm not sure what to do now can't return it. So nice! The little nubs pop up and do a gentle vibration which feels really good. When they pop up they make a slight noise of a specific note, I think it can be disabled but it did not bother me. I had the hot/cold on at the same time as the massage, I chose the setting that would cycle between the hot and cold. The eyepads are the only part that change temperature and I was initially apprehensive in case the temperature was too drastic and be a safety concern but it stayed within comfortable ranges. The eyepads have plenty of "give" so that they do not press firmly against your lids, just gently rest against them. I took a star off because of the nose rest, it is hard plastic and the weight of the mask all falls on a small area on the top of the nose, so it does not rest where normal eyeglasses would fall. I am going to try and see if I can add a small piece of foam or some extra nose rests I have from my eyeglasses to that area to make it more comfortable. Other negative is that the nubs closest to the nose seem to massage your nasal passage with some force which makes it distracting. I am hoping when I add the foam it might help some with these specific nubs, some may like the feeling if they get migraines eminating from that area. I’ve been using this product for a while and have been really happy with it. The cold feature helps reduce redness and puffiness around my eyes, especially in the mornings, and it feels soothing on the skin. The warming feature is also very nice for relaxation. Easy to operate and feels great on the eyes and area around the eyes. Gentle massage has 4 different settings and you can play music at the same time too. There is also a heat or cool setting for the eyes as well. Very relaxing. Read more
