beautiful -- and works great!

Beautiful mouse. Comfortable in my (large) hands, and easy to use. Connected easily straight out of the box. Wakes up and connects quickly when I've moved my laptop out of the room and then back in, or let it all go to sleep. Quiet, responsive, seems high quality materials. 10/10 would buy again. Read more

Pretty and functional

So I purchased this with the matching keyboard for my iPad, but have also used it for a MacBook and its Bluetooth is excellent. Hasn’t died yet, about a week with daily use. However it does not come with a dongle and instead is a wired mouse, which sucks but doesn’t bother me since I only use the Bluetooth feature. So far so good for the price, (about 30, purchased “like new”) I’ll update if my opinion changes Read more

Nice

Love this mouse. I bought it in red/pink for work from home and the white/gold for the office. It’s not a touchy mouse which I appreciate, so you can feel confident touching it and not inadvertently click on something. Set up is easy, just push the slide to the pairing setting and press the connect button. The click is loud, but I personally don’t mind. Battery life is very good, I haven’t had to charge it since I bought it, but I usually turn it off when I’m not using it. Overall nice mouse. Read more

Freezes

So far, I like Azio products. However, I am noticing the mouse is freezing more than usual. Yes, unfortunately, after 5-6 months of purchasing the device, it froze for a few seconds. It didn’t bother me as much because I had an Logitech mouse I would use when going into the office. But now that I am working from home and using the Azio mouse it is freezing for about 10 seconds while using it on Bluetooth and when plugged into the USB cord. Azio has beautiful products and as you can see the material is great for having the mouse over a year. I also have the keyboard and calculator which are in great condition. I just wish the tech was better because the product does have some bugs they need to fix. Read more

★★☆☆☆

Looks great, but not reliable.

S. GowerJuly 21, 2023✓ Verified purchase

I previously gave this mouse a 5-star review, but the mouse has not worked consistently using bluetooth, and that is why I bought the mouse. The mouse was sluggish in its response, or it jumped around, and I had not changed any settings that would explain this behavior. Frustrated, I plugged the RF dongle in and then the mouse immediately worked. I really like the looks of this mouse and plan to keep it, but this mouse was supposed to work in bluetooth. I contacted their support by email and they gave me step by step instructions to fix the bluetooth pairing problem. I followed them, and the bluetooth paired mouse now worked. But a few days later the bluetooth pairing malfunctioned again. I gave up. I *could* return this mouse. It clearly does NOT work as advertised. At least it does not work well with Windows 11 via bluetooth; however, I really like the look of this mouse, so I will keep it and pair it with the dongle. Update: August, 2025 The mouse has now stopped working with the dongle. Sigh. True, I may be able to troubleshoot it and get it working again, but frankly I don't know how much time I want to invest in troubleshooting this mouse. For now, I have just given up and using a cable to connect the mouse to my Windows 11 computer. Yes, it works perfectly now, but it is also true that I *bought* this mouse precisely because I did not want to have to connect the mouse via a cable - exactly what I am now doing. It is hard to know if the problem is with the mouse itself or Window 11's notoriously bad software. I have downgraded the mouse to 3 stars, though I am not even sure if they even sell it anymore. Ain't bluetooth, but otherwise it works. It is still a really well designed mouse visually. Just beautiful. Even the cardbox it came was beautifully designed, reminding of Apple box quality. Oh, one more thing. The charge on this mouse lasts a REALLY long time. Mainly, this is a good thing. But it lasts so long that you may forget, when the moust stops working, it may just need to recharged! I think my mouse worked over 14 months without a charge. That seems a crazy long time. But I checked my purchase record and I owned this mouse for 14 months and then it stopped working... because it just needed to be charged! I had never charged it for that entire 14 months. Given how long the mouse stays charged I am upping my review to 4 stars. =================================================================== Initially, I was *really* unhappy with this mouse. I could only make it work with the dongle, however I sent an email to Azio and their reply was rapid and gave the right directions. ------ Thank you for contacting Azio Support. We're sorry to hear about your poor experience with our product. Please give us a second chance to ensure the mouse works properly. If you are using the standard Bluetooth connection, please ensure you are setting the mouse to pairing mode properly. To do so, please set the mouse to BT mode, then press and hold the DPI button for 3 seconds. When set to pairing mode, the blue led on the optical sensor will begin flashing, and you should be able to find your mouse through your computer's Bluetooth menu. If this does not help, please let us know and describe where there seems to be an issue. Please let us know if you have any other questions. Thank you! Best, Azio Support ---------- Okay, the missing instruction is to hold the CONNECT/DPI button on the back of the mouse for 3 seconds. Followed their instructions, and it paired perfectly. The only other thing is that to select the device you need to use the TAB key and the ENTER key. My review went from 1-star to 5-star. Kudos to Azio support! ----- Postscript. I started having trouble with the mouse. Moving the mouse would not move the cursor on the screen, or if the cursor did move, the cursor moved erratically. I was trying to troubleshoot this when I ran across a warning that the plastic covers must be removed from the back of the mouse. There are two of them, each covering a black pillow shape on the back of the mouse. I found it hard to see these removable plastic covers. Eventually, I removed one, then the other. I then reconnected the mouse, and everything appears to work fine now. Finally, another oddity of this mouse is what happens when my Windows 11 starts up after sleeping. The mouse does not work UNTIL I move the scroll wheel of the mouse! Then it works. UPDATE The mouse has started failing again. While trying to troubleshoot it, I learned that this mouse can NEVER work just via a cable. The cable is only used for charging. Sigh. I honestly don't know what the problem with the mouse was this time. Perhaps the charge on the mouse was getting low? Perhaps it was something else? But I do know that failure of the mouse to work caused me a lot of problems. Please note that Azio clearly described the mouse as wireless, and I simply assumed (wrongly) that it could also in wired mode. That assumption was false. It cannot. I have now decided to connect an old wired mouse to my Windows 11 computer, and I am strongly considering just buying a Logitech G502 X Plus mouse to replace this Azio IZO mouse. I want a mouse that can work both in wired mode and unwired mode. Why? If the wireless modes fail, then I can still get the mouse to work. Again, this is a pretty mouse to look at, but I am very likely going to replace it. Read more

Not what I expected

DavidJanuary 12, 2022✓ Verified purchase

Based on the price and the pictures in the company’s website, I thought the quality of the material looked great and that I was going to enjoy this product. But unfortunately, it was not what I expected, after trying it for a few hours, I am not impressed, material feels cheap, takes time to connect via BT and takes time to start once it goes into the sleep mode, in addition, stops working from time to time. Other mice do a lot more or are cheaper, not impressed at all. Read more
