BlueFinger Wireless Keyboard and Mouse Combo Backlit 2 4G Rechargeable Ergonomic Gaming Keyboard with Wrist Rest Phone Holder

Bought this to replace a Microsoft keyboard that i have had for years. It is much smaller and the layout is different so I have to get used to typing in it. When I plugged in the Bluetooth dongle and turned on the keyboard and mouse they were already charged. Not sure how much of a charge as there is no indicator so I will have to wing it and see how long i can go before I have to plug it in with the included USB cable. Unfortunately it only comes with one so you can charge either the mouse or keyboard but not both unless you have an extra cable (fortunately i have a few). Not really sure if i like the various colors yet but i expect one of them will grow on me. Can't see a reason to use the colors on the mouse yet. I think it is distracting when working but that is probably just my age talking since this is the first time i have had one with that option. For the price it seems okay. I received the keyboard and mouse today. I am using it with my computer and so far, aside from the mouse being a little big (just a matter of me adjusting) it seems to work fine except for one feature I cannot figure out. The ⬆️➡️⬇️⬅️ keys don't work. I use these to jump from one cell to another in excel but when I press either one, it highlights the current field to next field (like dragging or copying). Before I give up (I have very little patience), does anyone know how to fix this? I am sure it is just a settings fix....hopefully. Otherwise, love the rainbow backlights and the ease of the keys, my previous keyboard that I am returning you had to push down hard on the keys, and the 0 key sticks. I came back to modify the review (below), because the manufacturer saw it and offered to send me a replacement. They really did, and it solved my problem! That's good customer service right there. (Original) I like the mouse a lot, and I like the backlighting and layout of the keyboard. My only real complaint is that I get a fair number of doubles when I type. I haven’t had mine long enough to know the durability, but the doubles keep my rating from being any higher. Read more

**UPDATE** Seller contacted me and offered to send me a new one. Much appreciated. We'll see how this one holds up, but kudos for great customer service. Buyer beware! The USB C dongle BROKE my laptop. I noticed it was a bit difficult to get in but as I have mobility issues, I thought I was just having a weak spell. Once I got the dongle in, it worked fine. Then I realized that the mouse is very noisy so I'd decided to give this to my son to use. I removed the dongle, packed everything back up (it was going to my son for Christmas). When I tried to plug my old keyboard back in, I noticed it was loose, then I noticed it wouldn't connect.
