I've been through a few of these mirrors and this is the best. magnification is 30X people!!!!! three light settings and the best is height adjustable. lights are bright. Nice little mirror. I wish the extension was bigger (or maybe another separate piece) so I can see to do make up while standing at my sink. I made a pedestal to raise it to my standing height for now that is working. A longer extension piece would be nice for standing. Also I can’t rotate the mirror while it’s charging so that would be another plus! Otherwise I love love it. The 30x magnification is really nice and clear with the usb rechargeable lights! This truly is the best makeup mirror and gives you the most bang for your buck. It came pre-charged, was super easy to assemble, and even though the stand and base are plastic - looks high quality. The base is large enough to hold my face cream containers and my cell phone. The light settings are great and super helpful in knowing just how much makeup to apply depending on the occasion or environment. Read more

This mirror is just what I needed for applying makeup. It’s perfect for sitting at a vanity or desk but you also can use it standing up if you prop it up or bend over a bit. I like the 30x magnification and the flip side with a regular mirror. The three light settings work well. Read more

People who are considering buying this mirror should be aware that, even though the Amazon description of the mirror says it can be used in the bathroom for applying make up, the instructions that that come with the mirror say that it should not be used in a room with steam and it should not get damp. So I’m very disappointed that I can’t keep it on the counter of my bathroom where I shower. I ordered this mirror because I wanted a make up mirror with a 30x side for make up. The size of it is nice, but I am having a problem putting it together. I’m not really strong enough to put the base into the stem of the mirror so I do not like that feature. I can only get it about halfway in.I’m going to keep this for a week or so and use it and see if I change my mind. But so far I’m not thrilled about not being able to keep it in the bathroom where I would be using it otherwise the mirror looks fine and it is very lightweight and the magnification is good.
