Perfect for post-wisdom tooth extraction care
Love these! I use these for myself, a grown adult! I had several teeth extracted (multiple wisdom teeth) and found it way too dangerous to blindly brush with a toothbrush as part of my aftercare oral hygiene routine. I needed more control to avoid the healing sockets, target my teeth and get a good cleaning. No more risk of accidentally causing dry socket! Use these to brush your teeth with your finger, easily avoiding your healing sockets and getting everywhere in your mouth (except for the sockets!!) without the pain, abrasions or scratching of toothbrush bristles. I find that soft bristle brushes do NOT get the job done, so no, I was not going to use those either. These silicone bristles made for babies seem to do the work well without the roughness of nylon or plastic. By week 2 post-surgery, use these with your regular tooth paste, oil or tooth powder as usual. Then rinse your mouth with salt water or the oral rinse prescribed by your dentist/surgeon. These fit my index fingers fine. The fit is not tight, so I can easily rotate the finger brush on my finger to switch up. Each finger brush has two sides. One with bristles and one with bumps for cleaning your tongue. Each one comes with its own little compact plastic case for easy and convenient storage and portability. You can pop one in your bag for on the go dental care and keep one at home. I wash mine with soap and water after use (you can also use peroxide) and store with the case open to air dry. You can sterilize silicone, so I supposed these can last for YEARS just like menstrual cups. I really like the earthy colorways. They look nice and are well-made. Read more
