I was excited to find this basket not so much to use as a diaper caddy, but as a basket to hold some of my baby's stuffed animals. I was surprised that it came packed quite flat, which I understand is helpful for shipping it. It was misshapen from how it was packed, so I just stuffed a bunch of the stuffed animals in it in hopes that it would take on its intended shape. It's been about a week and that really hasn't happened at all; it looks kind of awkward still (see picture). I may try tossing it in the dryer for a few minutes and see if the heat helps reset the shape, but I would just be aware of this because it does affect how it ultimately looks. Also, it comes with a removable separator piece that attaches with velcro on the inside where one could supposedly create sections for diapers, toys, etc. However, I can't for the life of me figure out how the separator is intended to be put in there - I put it in three different ways and each way I did it looked awkward and didn't create very helpful separate sections. I don't really need to separate it that way so I just removed the separator, but if you want to use this as a diaper caddy, you'll be a bit confused by it. Read more

The storage in this bag is a game-changer for me. The included divider is genius! I use one side for diapers, wipes, and a changing pad, and the other side for my baby's small toys, a pacifier, and a spare onesie. Everything has its place, which makes finding what I need during a quick change so much easier.
