The best thing about this is the lumbar support. It's very adjustable since it an air pump which is great however the massage mechanisms are not. The ones under the thighs are too big and dig into my legs, the ones on my back, can't really feel the mid back ones and the one at my shoulder blades make me fuzzy which I had a feeling it would. It's nice because I like the vibrations and it's honestly not that loud if you have a headrest pillow on top of the neck part, I just wish instead of an air pressure option for the lower back that it also did vibrations but otherwise it's very comfortable and I'm able to use it while I'm driving with no problems. It does help when I'm feeling the pain from sitting for long periods since I'm a lyft driver so it helps alleviate that pain a bit. It's easy to adjust and doesn't hinder me being able to move inside my car. I think the quality is nice, it's a soft material that I do need to adjust my position while first sitting but once I settle in it's perfect. I haven't used the heat function yet so I can't say for sure what that's like but the vibrations have several different options which are nice. Read more

I couldn't be more disappointed with this purchase. The photo shows lower back vibration and heat and the lower back area has never vibrated or had heat. The last few days it's power cord has started coming unplugged almost every time I sit down. The instructions weren't easy to understand. The only way to get the heat very warm on mine I had to set it for 30 minutes, any less and it didn't heat up. I don't know if it has a weight limit, but if I didn't put it on it's highest vibration setting it felt like it was barely vibrating. I didn't feel any better using it when the vibration was on the max setting, the heat works great at the max setting, but again mine didn't heat in the lower back area like the photo shows. A lot of people gave great reviews, I don't recommend this back massager. UPDATE This massager didn't work correctly and Knonnetd customer service wet out of their way to make it right. They gave me a few other options to choose from and they are sending me a different model. I don't have to send the other one back. As disappointed as I was with the massager, I can't tell you how nice it is to have a company that has outstanding customer service. I believe I'll like the one they are sending much better, but even if I don't, their customer service is 5 stars no matter what. I highly recommend Knonnetd!
