The massager is very comfortable and can be kept on the chair. It’s comfortable to sit on even when not in use. It does not have the hard massager rollers so it’s comfortable to sit on all the time. Please note that it does not massage with rolling balls. It’s a deep vibration. I love the heat feature, especially since the entire thing heats up like a heating pad. The temperature is just right for me. I also like the flexibility to choose where the vibration occurs, along with the intensity level. Another plus is that you can use the heat without the vibration and vice versa. I also like that the massager is solid black so it fits in nicely and it fits my recliner perfectly. The location of the headrest is in the right spot for me too and I’m 5’6”. This has absolutely worked wonders for relaxing my entire back. This is a fantastic product. It heats well and has different levels for the vibration mode. Has auto shut off and seems to help quite a bit with my muscle tension. Third day with this on my worn office chair and it has been great. The padding really helped add comfort again to the worn padding in the chair.
