Great for arm workouts and love being able to travel with it when I'm not home. Definitely feel sore when using this. Great purchase. Read more
The Twist Arm Trainer definitely delivers on upper body strength. With 5 quick-change resistance levels (40–130 lbs), it’s no joke — you need to already have some strength to bend it. The angled handles are a nice touch, reducing wrist strain while keeping chest, arms, shoulders, and back fully engaged. That said, I originally thought it would hold a V-shape, but it’s completely straight and requires effort to bend. For someone my size (5’2”), it’s nearly impossible to use between the legs for hip or thigh toning. Men or taller users might manage, but for me it’s strictly upper body. On the plus side, the resistance is so strong I can even sit on one end and use it for squats, which surprised me. Still, I would have loved a true upper-and-lower body system — that would have earned 5 stars. As it stands, it’s a solid upper body trainer that will challenge you and show results if you stay consistent. Read more
My husband recently started exercising regularly at home, so I let him try this arm trainer. To my surprise, after just one use, he said it clearly engaged his arms, chest, and shoulders. After his workout, he was so excited he kept telling me about the most noticeable changes in certain areas. He's usually busy with work and can't really go to the gym, so this is perfect for keeping in a corner of the room. He can just grab it and do a few sets whenever he has a spare moment. I often see him using it at home during his breaks; the movements are simple, and it doesn't disturb the family. He says the grip angle is comfortable, preventing wrist strain, and it's less likely to cause fatigue and loss of form even after prolonged use. The best part is how convenient it is to store it takes up virtually no space. After use, he just puts it in the bag and puts it in the drawer. When we go out on weekends and stay in hotels, he even takes it with him so he can maintain his exercise routine in the evenings. Over this period, I've noticed his arms are noticeably more toned, and even his T-shirts look better on him. Read more

I picked up this Twister Arm Trainer after realizing that my schedule was getting too unpredictable for regular gym visits. I needed something small that I could use at home or even sneak in a few reps at work during breaks. This one has been a solid choice so far. The adjustable resistance levels are easy to switch, which I appreciate because some days I feel strong and other days I feel like lifting a shopping bag is enough. The angled handles make it more comfortable than I expected, and I did not feel that usual wrist strain I get from similar tools. It feels sturdy and safe thanks to the leather wrapped guards, so I do not worry about anything snapping during use. The compact size is honestly my favorite part. It folds down into the little bag it comes with, and I can tuck it into a drawer without turning my place into a fitness showroom. If I had to point out a small flaw, the resistance can feel slightly uneven at the highest setting, but not enough to bother me. Overall, it is practical, portable, and effective. Read more

I just got this Arm Trainer and it came exactly as pictured. The build quality looks good everything assembled easily, and I love that it has an adjustable bar with multiple resistance levels supposedly lol. It’s supposed to range from around 30 lbs up to 100+ lbs, which is awesome for progression. However, even on the lowest setting it still took effort for me to squeeze. so either I'm out of shape and weak lmao or the bar doesn't have a “true” light resistance. Either way it's definitely a solid workout tool and gives me something to work toward. Read more

Pleasantly surprised by the value and quality of this trainer. I love that there’s such an accessible option for arm training that doesn’t require using weights. Highly functional and easy to use. Read more
The media could not be loaded. I've been exercising more at home lately, and I've been looking for a workout that really gets my upper body working. The first time I used this machine, I was honestly a little scared by my shaky hands, because that "wow, I'm really putting in the effort!" feeling came instantly, and my chest and arms ached simultaneously a satisfying, real soreness. The most noticeable change was the next morning when I was brushing my teeth; my arms had a long lost tightness, like after a chest workout at the gym. I actually quite enjoy this feeling, so I started doing a few sets every night while watching TV. Surprisingly, even though it's not a complicated exercise, my chest actually became firmer, and I noticed my chest definition was better when I wore a T shirt. Once, a friend came over and saw me exercising while chatting, and he laughed at how diligent I was. But I genuinely think it's a bit addictive once you get the hang of it; the feeling of gradually increasing strength is very satisfying. Now I do a few reps every day it doesn't take up much space, and it doesn't interrupt my rhythm, which is perfect for someone like me who's too lazy to go out. Read more
