I can certainly say after a lot of research and finally choosing this bag for my personal item handbag when traveling via international flight and trains covering five European countries, it was a great choice. It is not too big, not too small. It has a wonderful trolley sleeve and user friendly front pockets for easy access for passport/tickets when maneuvering through airports & train stations. The two exterior water bottle pockets were user friendly and held my 20oz. stainless Brita bottle perfectly. It has a beautiful baby blue satin interior. I heard about it from a travel expert on YouTube. It is one of her favorites. I actually ordered several others prior to the trip, and returned them, but did think this one was the best. I wear this all the time. I have not taken it on vacation yet. I wear it across body most or hold the short handles. Tons of pockets, rfid, interchangeable straps to change how it’s worn. I want to start off by saying I love Baggalini bags. I have a few and I’m always looking to add more. They’re great for everyday use and with the luggage straps great for travel! Most of them are machine washable which is amazing (especially when you spill coffee inside your purse lol). This convertible backpack tote is very nice, but I had to knock off one star because it is much smaller than it looks in the pictures. For reference, I added a photo of this bag in front of my Avenue tote. The bag has lots of pockets and I love that you can carry it on your arm, as a backpack, or use the backpack strap to carry it cross shoulder. They’re great quality bags. Read more

Wonderful durable straps. Excellent size for laptop and all your other devices. The material is top notch. I have had mine for over a year and I know I will have it fo another decade. I’m going to buy another one. Security features are excellent. I ordered this because I needed a purse that could hold LOTS and convert to a backpack. I’m not a huge fan of backpack-purses, so I use it as a regular purse with a shoulder strap most of the time. However, I have a toddler and if I’m going someplace with him by myself, it’s way easier to wear as a backpack so I have my hands free. This bag converts from purse to backpack super easily. I couldn't decide between this bag or the Avenue Tote for an upcoming trip.But so glad I picked this bag for it's many practical pockets & it's now my everyday bag.Also it's spacious without being too wide.I usually carry a 16 oz tumbler or shaker & I can place it in any of the exterior side pockets without worrying that other contents might get wet if I forget to close the tumbler.My house keys & car fob are easily accessible in any of the two exterior front pockets. Love that there's a slot on the FRONT for my cellphone. Even though you have choices on how to carry this bag,I find myself using the 2 handles.I don't like to unhook the shoulder strap(just in case) so I tuck it into the back pocket & it tucks nicely.I bought this bag when it went on sale but I think it's worth the regular cost. I have been anticipating being a Baggallini owner ever since the first add came across my FB feed. I think I was expecting too much. I got this bag on sale and I still think I spent too much. I was hoping that it would replace my regular carry on but it is a little too small for what I typically carry on flights. The pictures provided are a little misleading about capacity. I also need the side cupholder pockets to be a little bigger for my hydro flask. These pockets are fine for ordinary water bottles but my regular bottle will not fit. The bag is well made and looks like it will hold up well but I think for the price, I could have found a slightly better bag. I will keep it and use it as a small tote for my tablet but it wont do for me for traveling. Read more
