I purchased four different Baggallini sling bags in slightly different styles and returned three of them. This is the one I kept, although I've written reviews for all four. First, here were my top criteria for this style of bag: 1. adjustable strap that could be worn over either shoulder, 2. pockets and compartments that made sense and seemed like a practical use of space, 3. enough room to function as my personal item for long trips (Europe, etc.) and also be functional as my "Mom bag" for weekend sports days (which would be how this is mostly used), 4. comfortable wearing in the front and in the back. Secondary criteria for me were: 1. designated water bottle holder, 2. practical travel/anti-theft features. This particular bag checked the boxes for me for my top criteria, and met enough of my secondary criteria for me to keep it. I really like the three pockets. They are all easy to access, have wide openings, and have different setups inside to easily sort your various items. The front pocket has a slot for a cell phone that easily fits my iPhone 15. The second pocket has a smaller zippered interior pocket plus a clip for keys. And the largest pocket has a full back pocket for an iPad/book, etc. I feel like there is enough room for me to throw my weekend sports items into this, or be able to hold souvenirs if I used it for travel. The strap is great. Nicely padded, easy to adjust. People of all sizes can find a comfortable length for them. Very easy to switch the strap from one side to another to change shoulders. The anti-theft zippers are high quality and easy enough to use if you are in a place where you feel like they need to be engaged. My secondary want was a designated water bottle holder. This didn’t have one, which was a bit of a bummer. But it can easily fit one in the main compartment, and it can be one of my metal, reusable bottles, which is great. I packed the bag with what I think I would want to carry in it (including a full water bottle) and everything fit and it wasn’t too heavy or awkward. This is the bag I kept and I’m looking forward to putting it to use this week for some kid sporting events and some travel this summer. Read more

This anti-theft, triple zippered Baggallini sling bag is actually smaller than what I was expecting but is perfect for my petite 4' 11" stature. Sits comfortably either on my back or in front. Another thing to note is that I have a short torso but bag does not look overwhelmingly big when carrying in front. I also love the option to choose which side you want to wear the bag; either on the right or left side. Multiple functional zippered pockets; even one hidden in the back. Padded strap feels comfortable over my shoulder. Quality craftmanship; what I've come to love about Baggallini. And I love the midnight blossom print. Rather pricey but fulfills my needs for travel so worth it. Only con is that I wish I was able to shorten a little more. Not enough capacity on strap to shorten when wearing in front. Backwards is okay. Read more

Quality fabric and zippers that are easy to open. I love the security feature of the zippers which provide some protection. Very spacious and holds everything I need. I use this as an everyday bag and love the size. The fabric is waterproof and it easy to clean. Read more

This a great travel bag! It holds a lot even though the size is deceiving. I appreciated the ani-theft for the security it gave me. The reason for only 4 instead of 5 stars is that it does have a good bit of weight before you even put anything ini it. I carry a larger wallet along with a cosmetic bag and it just seemed to be a bit too heavy on my shoulder. I am still carrying it and will continue to do so until I can find one that will accommodate my items without so much pull on my shoulders. Read more

I read a ton of reviews about several crossbody/backpack type bags before I purchased this one for a 2+ week sightseeing tour in Europe. I wanted a bag that fit: my phone wallet, reading glasses and sunglasses, skinny water bottle, lipsticks and small sunscreen tube. The three front pockets did all of this, as well as the “secret” security pocket in the back. (Note:- small Yeti bottle was a little too fat—but a regular water bottle or skinny refillable bottle worked just fine.) All of the zippers had a theft-deterrent feature—the front three had the clasps so someone couldn’t just unzip them; the secret pocket had a “trap” zipper end. It did take a little practice to get comfortable quickly unlocking the front zippers, but that was easy. The zippers worked great and did not catch. The material and strap are not “knife-able”; the strap can be adjusted for length and for which side you want to wear it on. RFID—keeps cards electronically safe. Lightweight—my shoulders/traps muscles did not hurt after wearing all day. At museums I did not have to rent a locker to stow it because it’s not a backpack—it passes as a small purse. Brand had stores in the airports we traveled through. Highly recommend—worth the price. Read more

This bag was roomy, comfortable on my shoulder, zipper openings were large enough to easily find what I was looking for. Loved the anti-theft locks on all the zippers. Felt safe using it on my recent trip. And they were easy to open when I needed to. Plenty of compartments and pockets to keep all my items organized. The color was perfect, a true navy that was not drab or dull. Would definitely recommend this bag! Read more

It is of pretty good quality, light, and big enough to hold what I need to carry on a day trip or around town. Also love locking zippers. Read more

The bag is much smaller than described. I learned about this bag which my duster bought from Costco next. I saw it on Amazon and put in my cart. Although both bags have the same dimensions in the description, the Amazon bag is much smaller, almost a mini version. Now the bag is unavailable on Costco next and I’m hesitant to buy directly from the company when dimensions are the same. It’s also roughly $40 more. Was going to purchase for our upcoming trip to Europe. Read more
