Beautiful, easy to use, and effective
I looked at these ankle/arm weights for about a year. Because of the price I passed and thought what do I care what they look like? I work out alone in my house! I bought much cheaper weights which soon had frayed Velcro and looked worn quickly. These Bala bangles are so sleek and pretty it was worth the money even just for myself at home. Good quality (the bag is a nice touch), comfortable, I haven't tried any other brands to know if these are superior in other ways or are worth spending more but I did have old school ones in the past and they're bulky and not cute. My SIL and friend have these and had nothing but good things to say so I just bought them in lieu of much research. Read more
Weight and easy of sizing
I purchased these for my son to use on walks at college. He just sent me a text saying how much he liked them. They where the weight he wanted, the velcro worked perfect for getting them the correct size for his wrists. He also stated that they held firm the entire 5 mile walk, even with all his sweating.
