Functional AND stylish
These are awesome for building up strength while doing everyday actions like walking. They aren't bulky, and honestly look pretty stylish for weights. I find them comfortable on the skin, and their adjustability is a feature I didn't know I wanted until I had it. In addition, the free fitness app it comes with is a great added bonus for using in conjunction with the weights. Read more
Versatile, easy to use!
I have used similar items and have been very frustrated, so I did not have high hopes for these. But I was pleasantly surprised to see how easy these were to adjust add to take on an off and very rapid succession. These are very intuitive and easy to use with the way that they are shaped. High Quality and Easy to Use/Adjust
I ordered these Sunny Health & Fitness Walking Arm Weight Bands – Set of 2 – Adjustable Silicone Ankle Weights, Flexible Strap, Small Wrist Weights for Walking, Yoga, Pilates, and More (1 LB). This is a nice set of 1 lb. weights. I can easily strap them on my wrists or ankles. I can also velcro them together (they arrive packaged this way and you just separate them to use on your wrists) as a 2 lb. weight if I'd like. My kids have been asking to do some weight lifting, and they're not old enough for heavy weights--these are perfect for us. Worth noting, the texture of the 2 oz. weight increments is really nice. Hard to explain, but my sensory-sensitive kids even like how the weights feel. Win-win-win. I appreciate this high quality low-weight set. Read more
