My son wanted a balaclava for skiing and chose this one. It is soft, silky fabric, stretchy and thin. He says it is pretty comfortable. The stitching is okay, it is a little uneven and came with some strings hanging out but it is all sewn up and does the job. With the thin-ness of the top it will sit well with his ski helmet without having to loosen the helmet straps. It covers a lot of one's face-- only his eyes and bridge of nose are not covered. He tried to stretch it to uncover his nose but not quite that pliable. It will definitely stay put on your face, I think he would prefer one that can have his nose be covered or uncovered easier. This was a good value for the product and pretty versatile, if you are outside working in the winter or trying to keep dust off your face it will also work. Read more
