Children and Small heads only. Yes it will fit an adult head but I do not advise. Sizing is SMALL. Besides that, for under $5, I one and then 3 more. It does well block wind and keeping your head warm. Also wicks moisture will keeping you dry and warm. First impression is that its too thin, but don't let that deter you. Give it try. Only one real big negative is the forehead section. It's open by design but would've been nice if the draw string actually pulls opening tight. Still great value for money giving warmth and comfort.
