It's a thick and warm piece. The holes are only for the mouth area. I wish it had it up to the nostril areas because I just don't like it covering my nose. It's too tight for my liking and keeps me from breathing through my nose, so I have it only over my mouth. I'm using it for cold warehouse purposes, so maybe others don't get that option since they need to cover as much of their face outside in the harsher elements. Another small complaint is how I wish it had ear holes for me to put earplugs in required for work. It's a lot trickier to put in or take out during breaks. Read more
