The bed is luxurious. It is well made and sturdy. The interior is soft with some soft support and feels velvety to the touch, the exterior fur looks warm and inviting. Here is the problem , my cat refused to go in it. She started biting the fur from the outside. She is finicky about where she sleeps so it will take some time for her to accept. This came vacuum sealed and folded out very nicely. I have a smaller one for my little dog and my blue heeler likes to try to curl up in that one, so he needed his own as these are "deck beds" mostly - perfect for a chilly night when we're around the fire and they want to snooze . This one is perfect for him and he loves it! I like that it harder bottom that's waterproof or easy to clean as even tho it doesn't get wet, it is on the deck and easy to clean. Highly recommend! This bed is very nice. I appreciate the high sides (but not too high) for my dog to put her head against. The sides are stiff and not floppy like so many other dog beds and they stay stiff even after laundering. The fabric stays fluffy and soft. I like the neutral color. The product does not stink which is a big deal because my dog is very scent-aware. The only downside is the pad. It is easy to remove for laundering, but it is lumpy, hard and not inviting. I am going to make a round pillow to replace the original foam and then we will be good to go. Read more
The bed has a nice pad underneath it and it is very soft. We put a heater in our dogs beds and there is room in the zipper compartment for her pad. She loves it and its washable-a must. Read more
My border collie loves curling up on this cozy bed. My golden retriever uses it as a pillow, but as the photo shows, he doesn't use it as a bed. My sister also likes to steal it from my dog because it is so comfortable! It is comfy and sturdy. The full bolster is the perfect resting place for my dog's head. Some days he curls up and other days stretches out. I highly recommend this bed; it is worth the price. It will make your pup feel safe and peaceful as they drift off to sleep, and it provides support for dogs with hip issues! Read more
