I don’t know why it works, it I actually look forward to taking it every day. I actually chew them. It works for me. It gives me energy or something, but I feel better after I take them. I take them every day. Something in them just works. It just does. Read more

They are really good for you. If you can't take all the fruit and vegetables you need this can help you balance your diet. No after taste or reactions. They have helped me feel full as well. Read more
Heard and read the testimonials so decided to give it a try. Purchased one 30 day sample consisting of two bottles of fruits and vegetables. On week three and noticing that my sleep might be better and an overall feeling of calmness. So far seems to be very subtle degrees of improvement. Beyond that no noticeable increase in energy , focus or alertness. One thing I have noticed is I seem to get up more during the night for bathroom visits. Not sure if its related but I have not changed anything else in my daily diet or routine . I wish they would release what they think the vitamin content are of the fruit and vegetable ingredients. I will say that even if its not clinically helping folks but they believe it does than that's a good thing as well. Peace of mind should not be underestimated in our over all well being. Right now I think I get more with my daily tablespoon of Honey than BON. I'm going to finish the bottles and report on any changes by the end of 30 days. Read more

I took a star off for each capsule they shorted me. I counted twice, per bottle. I was shorted two veg and one fruit. That may sound minor, but for any bottle pill product on the market, you are buying an xx day supply so in the case of being shorted, it becomes false advertising also, and not just bad business. They weigh enough individually to be able to weigh and correct each bottle (like most do), but they choose not to bother at your expense. I took another star off for not giving the daily vitamin percentages. There is zero information and there are a few vitamins that can do you major harm for taking more than your daily allowance. A lot of us take other vitamins so that information they choose not to give is dangerous. I want to give this a full month so in not having this data I had to stop taking my daily Vitamin E and my 3 fish oil. I also had to stop taking my daily multi vitamin. I posted it as a question about the daily but never got an answer. Just pathetic. I haven't noticed any benefit yet and am on my 20th day. I take all 6 first thing in the morning. For one who always skips breakfast, I hope these will at least get my metabolism going early. Many videos I watched on these pills state that those in the commercial that have been interviewed take 12 daily. Can you imagine the expense with such a regimen? Taking all 6 takes a few minutes. I take a much larger fish oil, but it's coated and gel cap, so it's much easier to swallow. These can be nerve-racking. They aren't as big as I thought they would be from reading lots of reviews, but they have a thick capsule and it's very dry (not coated). What I do is coat it in my mouth for a few seconds and then align it with my tongue to go down the slide, so to speak, then push it down with a full mouth of fluids. It will often turn sideways and I have to start over, haha. Maybe higher does with smaller pills would stop all the negative comments on swallowing issues. I actually laughed at those reviews at first since I've never had an issue prior to these. The jury is still out on weight loss and can't say I see increased energy. I wouldn't expect to see a boost in energy since I'm out the door at 5:30am, covered in sweat by 7am every week day doing construction since I was 12, so I've always had a high constitution and forced energy level. Probably better for someone who is retired to voice their opinion on. I miss taking my other vitamins and will not buy these again unless they one day make smaller pills, thinner capsule, higher quantity, lower price, but primarily they need to list at least an average of daily vitamin percentages per dose of some sort. You really have to be careful over overdoes on the vitamins the liver won't just pass through. Read more
