The Balance of Nature Fruits and Veggies goes down smooth and provides nutrition. Fiber and Spice is terrible. It is mixed with water to be a liquid beverage. This product really works. I am an educator of elementary school children. After a full day with them, I am too tired to do needed things required of me when I get off work. After, starting this program, it has only been a few days, I am not tired when I get home from work. I am actually physically alert to do things at home when I come home from work.
