This review is for the baleaf Women's 14" High Waisted Athletic Skirt. I ordered this in black in size extra large. This is a very comfortable skirt to wear. I ordered my usual size in this, an XL. The skirt is true to size and fits well. I have several tennis skirts like this, and this is the most comfortable of all of them with its high-waist. It hugs my waist without feeling tight, and the waistband doesn't roll down or bunch up. The front of this skirt has pleats on each hip, and I don't like the look of them very much. They just aren't flattering on me and add volume in my midsection where I definitely don't need it. The fabric is good quality athletic fabric, though not high-end. The skirt is 14" long and ends about 6-7" above my knees. I am 5'6" with longer legs and a 30" inseam. At $32.99, the price at the time of my order, this skirt is slightly priced higher than similar skirts but the quality is better than most. Recommended. Read more
I ordered this tennis skirt, in size small, color white. The size fit fine, although I think an XS for myself might have been an even better fit.... Which is surprising, because usually small is not loose on me, when it comes to athletic wear. This skirt was definitely longer than I anticipated, which I didn't mind, but it almost felt too long?! There is an adjustable elastic inside the waist, which is nice. I also loved that it came with pockets on the thigh, on the underneath shorts. However, I cannot recommend this skirt as it is very see-through, in white. I think I could get away with wearing it perhaps for a specific occasion, but I would probably be paranoid about someone being able to see through it. The double layer (shorts underneath, and skirt on top), is the only thing preventing it from being completely inappropriate. The price is definitely high as well. I did like that the fabric is UFP 50 plus, but it does have an extra thin/cheapy feel to it. Overall, I would not recommend this skirt, I don't think it was a very good value, and sadly, because I ordered white, I won't even be able to wear it. Read more

The tennis skirt is my favorite. It is so soft to the touch to my skin I love it. It fits perfectly. Exactly true to size. Under the skirt is shorts. I love the shorts underneath because it protects the under area from everything. So if the wind blows the shorts will be there to protect.
