I love this heater! We've only been using it a week but are very dependent on it. Our family room windows are on the northbside where the cold air from a mountain seems to drom down directly in through our windows. This unit takes that nip out of the room. We actually had to drop our thermostate a few degrees. No noise, no fan, radient heat is just perfect! The remote works for us but the controller is right on top and easily accessible in case the remote ever stoos working. We've kept ours on 70 ever since we received it. Not sure how hot the back may be but there is a plastic handle on the back top which you can easily lift. You can roll it back and forth on the base wheels as well. I love the sleek modern design. I'm impressed. Very easy to setup up, generates a great amount of radiant heat, comes with a dust cover, instructions for using it via an iPhone app and a remote, feet with rollers. Caution to buyers: #1 - the remote doesn't come with batteries. It takes AAA. #2This is a radiant heater - it heats objects, not the air via a heat coil and fan. This is why posts from others may state that it doesn't heat the room. If you're in a small room with a closed door, it will cast off enough heat from the temperature of the device, similar to getting near the burners on an electric stove. So far im impressed. It took the chill out of the air almost immediately. Very hot to the touch not safe for babies or curious pets. Notice the hvac heat turning off more frequently but not enough to keep it off. Im using this in a sunroom that causes a lot of cold spots and drafts. Turned it on and almost immediately noticed the chill was gone. If I put two of these in the room, I could imagine it feeling really warm. Read more

Perfect. We have a 400sq ft office space in our shop that is a cinderblock addition. It has no hvac ducting. We had 4 space heaters before to keep it comfortable in Michigan winters. I bought this last month and we mounted it on the north concrete wall. Its out of the way and radiates heat all day. Its Perfect! No more space heaters, just this radiator. It comes on a set of rolling Wheels but It gets VERY hot to the touch on the front and the back. If you have pets or little kids, you're probably want it out of their reach. Read more

Product doesn't work as described. I bought this heater to help heat up my medium sized room (less than 250sq ft). I set my wall thermostat. at 72° and the space heater set at 76° and ran all night long. I was expecting to wake up to a nice warm room but the room was still at 72°. This space heater that ran for over 8 hrs didn't raise the room temperature 1°. I checked the unit to make sure it was working and it was quite hot to the touch, but I had to stand directly in front of it to feel any heat. The "ball" feet are also are also a joke. The wheels are in the shape of an actual sphere but only roll front and backward… pointless design. My kitchen toaster works better than this $200 piece of junk. Read more

Great space heater. Super quiet and effective. Do have to express that the 160sqft recommended size is correct. Tried in a family room around 280-300sqft and it wasn’t as effective. I like the soft touch buttons and the portability. I actually bought a second one two days later for my wife’s home office. I set it at 70 and it regulates the room perfectly on eco setting. I do not setup the wifi connectivity at this time. If I mount on the wall later, I will set that up. Read more
