PROs These are the only compression socks I have found that don't roll and fall down my legs! Even though they are thick and feel like they would be for winter wear only, I haven't had any problem with getting too warm in them. CONs There is no information included on the level of compression that these socks provide, only that they are medical grade. Others on Amazon seem to feel that they are moderate compression. Also, they run long. COMMENTS I've been wearing these compression socks off and on since December 2023 when I first ordered them. After first measuring, I ordered the Black and Navy socks in a XXL. They fit well but were a little too long on my legs. I'm 5' 5" tall. I solved the problem by doubling over the band at the top. I found though that I couldn't wear them for more than 5-6 hours at a time due to the extra pressure from the doubled over band becoming uncomfortable. Recently, there has been a need for me to wear compression socks for 12-14 hours per day for a month so I decided to try these in a size smaller which is a XL. The Navy socks arrived marked as XL. The Black socks arrived marked as L/XL. I was concerned that the black would be too small but I've found with both sizes that the black socks run a little larger and longer than the Navy socks and that has been consistent since the beginning of my purchases of these socks. I've been wearing the smaller size for a few weeks now. The Black socks are still a little long but not as much as the larger size is. The Navy socks aren't too long but they fit more snug than the black socks. None of the socks have ripped or developed holes. I wash the socks using a mesh laundry bag which I place in the washing machine on delicate cycle and cold water. I hang the socks to dry. I would have given these five stars except for the inconsistent sizing across colors and no information giving the compression level. Read more

These are quite comfortable! I usually can't wear polyester--I need fabrics to be as cotton as possible. These are breathing! They stretch in reasonable ways--that is, they don't bunch in one place and strangling you in others. I'm short and dumpy, and Ithe feet are too long, so I sewed them by hand to fit my feet. Then the part under my knews had to be folded over, so I asked on the internet how to shorten these, and again it is an easy fix. Don't spend a couple hundred dollars on the custom/bespoke ones. They are too tight across the top of the foot. Also, inside the stitching leaves indentation on your legs. I do like the bigger calf area and they go up to the back of the knee. Another plus is they aren't tight across the toes. I'd probably buy again but I'd get a size bigger and a solid color. Read more

Great socks. I have worn them a couple times after washing and they are nice. Super soft and slightly thicker than my other compressions socks. They will make good winter socks. They do not feel as tights as other compressions socks either. Easy to get on and as a tall woman they even were tall enough I could fold the top over once to have them fit right below knee.
