My dog is obsessed with this ball and happily chases it around whether there are treats in it or not. There's no learning curve to using it and dogs can figure it out without much work, but it still keeps them stimulated and active for a while. I like to put the Nutro crunchy treats inside. They fit in the hole well to load it, but their triangular shape can keep them from immediately falling out as soon as your dog rolls the ball, providing longer enrichment.
