I do not say this lightly because I don’t truly believe anything has “instant results” but the results speak for themselves. I had a conch piercing that had been irritated for the better part of 11 months, I downsized with my piercer and would clean with saline consistently and nothing provided relief. I often got that irritating red bump that would swell and pop and then be sore and then get better and then swell and pop, and the cycle was like that forever. I honestly thought about giving up my piercing because it felt miserable but happened to find this product while mindlessly scrolling for a solution. The relief WAS instantaneous, the bump went away over night and it has not returned in the week since I’ve been using it. Thought maybe it was a fluke, so I decided to try it on my month old nose piercing which was also developing a bump that wouldn’t go away, overnight it was gone and has not been back. They have a customer for life! A little goes a long way so the price seems appropriate for how much product you use. The gel is thick but absorbs pretty quickly. I’ve been using this 3-pack of saline gel for a few weeks on a finicky cartilage piercing and the occasional kitchen nick. The gel format is the win. It stays where I put it, does not drip into my ear, and it feels cooling right away. A pea-sized amount on a cotton swab, front and back, then I gently slide the jewelry once to carry a little inside the channel. Redness settles down within minutes and the area feels less “angry” through the day. The texture is lightweight and basically unscented even though it lists aloe, tea tree, and rosemary. It absorbs faster than sprays or ointments I’ve tried, and it keeps the skin comfortable so turning the post to clean is not scratchy. I also used it on a small burn and a scrape and it soothed without any sting. Three small tubes are great for keeping one in the bathroom, one in a bag, and one in a first aid drawer. A couple notes from daily use. If you squeeze out too much, it can dry into a thin flaky film. Less is more here. It is a saline care gel, not an antibacterial, so I still do a quick warm saline soak to loosen crusties on tougher days, then use the gel as the leave-on step. The nozzle can put out more than you need if you squeeze too hard, so go easy. For value, getting three travel-friendly tubes feels fair, and I’m using less product overall than with sprays since there is no overspray or waste. This gel worked really well in helping me with a new body piercing. Whenever I get a new piercing, there is always a bit of redness and irritation but this gel helped in reducing that along with keeping the area hydrated so it didn’t start to flake. The gel comes with 2 bottles that are 1.5 oz each, which is plenty for any new piercing. It is formulated with sodium chloride, aloe vera, rosemary, tea tree oil and hyaluronate. I never used saline gel on my piercings before so I didn't know what to expect I think I actually prefer this now. It's so hard to try and saline on a piercing and no if you are effectively cleaning it. This is easier to control and really Target the site you are cleaning.
