A toilet paper holder is pretty important in a bathroom! The wall unit in my bathroom pulled completely out of the wall (it had not been anchored on a stud). This unit came to the rescue and educated me about a standing toilet paper holder. I love the look and ease of using it — just lift the bar holding the roll, remove paper core, and slide a new roll on. No springs to jump at you, no gizmo to depress. The quality is great and the holders feel very sturdy — much better than the old ones we replaced. I gave 4 stars only because the design made installation a bit tricky. A much better TP roll holder than the spring loaded ones. So very simple and easy to change out rolls now. A couple of recommendations I have is to 1-make sure you measure accurately so that the two pieces align properly and 2- if you feel the tension on the moveable arm is too tight you can loosen the Allen screw slightly and that will make it swivel with much less effort. Great toilet paper stand! I learned from past experience some of the things to look for in a good toilet paper stand. This one does not wobble at all. The base is weighted so it stands without any wobble. It has a lift up rod where the toilet paper is loaded. The toilet paper stays on without rolling off because it is designed to hold it on. Those were big pluses for me! It looks nice! This toilet paper holder has a good appearance. It doesn’t hold extra toilet paper but I didn’t want one that does.
