Good, Better, Best… choices to be made
No fault of vendor, but unfortunately this was damaged in shipping. Four stars because these are mostly foolproof devices. Caveat: I did some research on these kinds of devices post -order. The data points centers on two areas: 1. It’s best to attempt one charge then let the battery’s lithium cells to rest and cool approx 10 mins between attempts. Check the battery pack and if hot cease using it and store it outside the vehicle. 2. Use of these is REPORTEDLY not risk-free to vehicle electronics and the lithium battery itself. Now knowing this and that lithium batteries are expensive and should be highly respected - IMHO, I personally would proceed with caution and use it ONLY in emergency situations. My first choice would be a dedicated jumper pack. Read more
