Purchased this for 2500 sq ft concrete floor and smaller tiled area. It does a very good job, battery easily lasts through job. Dirt on floor comes up, squeegee does a good job too. A little small size tank for larger floor but easy to use. Very responsive customer service. Compared to the larger units we have for big or hard to clean floors this is very portable. It won't deep clean a dirt kitchen, for example, but easily maintains polished concrete or entry tile areas. Read more

The product works just as advertised. It's very light and portable, and very straight forward to use. It's also very durable and the cleaning power does the job we need for our dental office clients. It's not noisy and the different attachments help us to complete different tasks. Highly recommend it. Read more

The machine is great. Not only that is compacted and it can be stored or take anywhere and don't take me wrong, is small but it worked great. Read more

It’s nice. But not an actual floor scrubber and they try to sell it. The water and scrubbing is really low. It’s basically an expensive hard surface vacuum Read more

This floor scrubber works fairly well. Note: you won't see 'verified purchaser' because I am the only user of this unit but the food bank director was the purchaser. When this unit was new back in July 2025 it worked very well. The best feature of this machine is that when it works as it should, it picks up ALL of the water it sprays out onto the floor. Now, some 6 months later, it picks up about 90% of the water. I've followed all of the maintenance instructions in the manual about 2 weeks ago when it didn't pick up hardly any of the water then. It wasn't plugged up and the squeegee was fairly clean. I removed it anyway and cleaned it completely. I adjusted the height of the squeegee as suggested and that helped but didn't cure the issue. I figured out what the problem was when I intentionally left the pickup tank lid off, because I wanted to see just how much water was exiting the 90 degree elbow when operating. The machine picked up zero water at that point. It was then that I realized without the lid installed the pick up tank cannot create a vacuum as designed. Also, I noticed that the grey gasket that seals the lid tight to the tank had developed a 1/4" gap where the ends meet. I thoroughly cleaned the gasket including removing and residual water. Then, working the rubber gasket starting at the opposite end of the gap, I was able to close the gap back together. To keep it tight, I used a couple of drops of super glue at the seam so the gap wouldn't open back up. Now the machine works about 90% as good as it did when it was new. It still leave some water behind... The lid MUST be installed and fit well for the vacuum feature to work. I find what works the best on a painted smooth concrete floor is to use hot clean water instead of using any chemicals in the main fill tank. Chemicals in the fill tank tends to leave streaks in the painted floor after it dries which is not a good look. Wherever there is anything I'd like to pick up with the cleaner, I use a spray bottle and spray it on anything that needs cleaning (dirty footprints, water based stains, spills, etc.) I use the white brushes on this scrubber only. I wouldn't call this unit a scrubber. If I really need to clean some stubborn spot, I still have to use a stiff hand brush and a spray bottle of floor cleaning chemical. Then run the Dapper over the brush cleaned area. It does clean the floor because the drained water is always a dirty grey color with bits of small items (bugs, light dirt, etc.) being picked up. Another plus I like about this Dapper machine - it steers with minimal effort and it'll turn 180 degrees and reverse it's direction with only one hand controlling it very easily. As far as the battery life is concerned, I consistently charge the battery after 2 tanks of water used. I've never run the battery out of charge. In the end, it's well built and cleans fairly well against walls. It's not too small or big. Unlike moping that one has to wait for the water to dry, when this unit is working properly, it picks up after itself (the water I mean) I just wish it picked up all of the water as it did when it was new. Oh well... Read more

So far so good! And I do mean good. I have used the Dapper mini floor scrubber four times since I received it in early March, on 7000 square feet of travertine flooring and it has performed wonderfully well. While the machine is small, and relatively light weight, the battery lasts through a whole house cleaning, and it is easy to use, light enough to carry upstairs and my floors are much cleaner than hand mopping gets them by a long shot! I am very happy with my purchase. Read more

Bought this to use at our Food Pantry. Though the written directions that came with the product were difficult to figure out we eventually did. The product did the job it was meant to do. We had an epoxy floor that was difficult to keep up with with just a swiffer mop and this made the task a lot easier. We had to refill the tank once but it was more because we had to get use to the machine's operation. We tried using it like a vacuum at first then realized to just go in a forward motion. Cleaned a very dirty floor with little effort. Read more
