Works really well for cleaning rings at least (I haven’t tried putting anything else in there). I ended up having to run it on the 7 minute cleaning cycle twice to get all of the grime off my ring since it was really dirty. I also used the special solution that is sold separately. My ring pretty much looks brand new now, and I was very surprised at how it was able to knock the grime out of all of the little nooks and crannies since my ring is by no means easy to clean. The product was very easy to use — you basically just fill it up, plop your item in, set the cleaning cycle and let it do its thing. I attached some side by side comparisons for the skeptics. Works great. It started removing everything that didn’t belong as soon as it started. I wouldn’t recommend putting glasses in here that have coating. Removed it from my prescription glasses, but works great. Small and sleek, lightweight, only takes 5-7 mins. Love this product. No heat. Read more

Works great to keep my bite guard clean! Just a dash of soap and some like warm water for 7 minutes. No more scrubbing and scratching the bite guard. Nice and clean! I would also use this for jewelry cleaning as it seems to work great. Read more

I was a bit surprised how well it cleans up jewelry. Practically leaves jewelry so clean that it looks brand new. Light dirty items it cleans very well. If it’s an item that has very thick amount of grime on it will take more time to clean and some hand cleaning as well. I have done about 8-10 batches of rings, bracelets, necklaces, key charms. So around 40 items. The water gets very dirty by the 4-5th 7 min cycle so by then I unplug it and carefully toss the water out without any water getting into the plug side of the device. I pour in some Dawn Apple Blossom soap and it works so well to clean the jewelry. I will research and look into other cleaning solutions to pour in and try out. Only cons is that it’s difficult to get the water out. Have to carefully move slowly to not let it spill everywhere. I go outside to empty it. The inner metal tub has scratches in it from the jewelry but not really a big deal. Might have been the diamond rings that caused that. I hope it last a couple good years. It has come in handy with all the jewelry I had to clean. Will for sure use it to clean other things that will fit in it. Would give it 5 stars if it was easy to get rid of the dirty water. So far happy with this purchase. Will update review if anything negative occurs. Read more

Just large enough for retainers, works well, quiet enough, has two timers. Measure the liquid used - then empty when done. NOT for industrial use, batch after batch which likely will overheat it. NOT for jewelry with loose stones - Check and listen closely for that. Be wary of any ultrasonic cleaning for stones and minerals with a lot of obvious inclusions - Opels, mica, feldspars, quartz -they might disintegrate. A few drops of clear liquid soap on watchbands with sweat, oils, will come clean. OK for the fabric bands, too. Read more

Good product and works well for shining up diamond jewelry. I have not used it on other stones. Does the job in five minutes and shuts off. I use it with jewelry cleaner added. The water line is very near the top, and the top just sits in place so I have to be careful to avoid spills. The cord length is adequate for the purpose. I wish the top was attached and closed tight, but other than that, this is a great cleaner for the price. Read more
