Great lights. Easy to hang either on supplied chains/hooks or directly to ceiling or joists. Plenty of brightness. Easy to daisy chain, though max of 5' cord length and max of 4 lights. We are very happy with them and ordered two more sets to finish our basement gym and laundry rooms. Have a 60' metal shipping container for storage at my church. Doors in one end only and even with them fully open, pretty dim at the far end. Hung all 4 of these at one top corner spaced along the length of it. They really light it up. Were super easy to put up (extremely light so one person can hold one of these easily when putting up). Since these are LED all 4 draw less than a couple of 100w incandescent bulbs so almost any extension cord will work to power all 4. And since they are LED, should last a long time. I gave these 5 stars because they are good lights at a great price point. However, if I were rating order fulfillment/shipping would give only 1 star, maybe 2. My initial order came in the manufacturer's box but it was obvious labels had been cut off and box had been re-taped. Inside were only 3 lights, none of which would light properly (some tubes did not light at all; some only 1/3 or 1/2 the tube). To Amazon's credit, I used the return & replace option which got me what I should have gotten to begin with - a clean box with 4 perfectly functioning lights inside. Read more

Very bright. I would be careful about using it where you have to look at it often as it makes my eyes ache to look up directly at it. Tried to take a picture but it is so bright it washes the picture out. See first pic. The second pic is the back of my hand about 8 feet from the light moving out from the end of the light on a 45 degree angle. My hand is about 2 feet above the concrete floor. Notice how brightly the light reflects off the dark gray painted concrete floor. Because of angles the floor you are seeing in the picture about 9 1/2 feet from the light and NOT directly under the light but instead off beyond one end of the light. Will probably want to see if I can add another diffuser below the light so it is more comfortable if I end up looking at the light. Since these do not come with reflector if they don't have a white ceiling above them and are mounted close to the ceiling you might want to plan on adding a reflector of some sort above the light as they spill a bunch of light up too. All 4 lights came in a box that barely would have held a single old fluorescent shop light fixture. Super light weight.(to the mildly concerning type weight feeling cheap) The box they came in is almost heavier than a light. 3 lights are superbly lighting a 40 x 16 basement. Practically daylight in every corner. If these last even 1/5 of their predicted life span they will have easily paid for themselves vs the fluorescent 4 foot shop lights. Unless durability problems crop up I am totally satisfied for the price. Used the same mounting nails the previous lights had been held by so installs were a breeze. Unhook old light. Hook up new ones' chains on the nails and plug in. left loops of cord with the switch in hanging mildly down so I can kill power to 2 of the lights some of the time since 90% of what I do is in one end of the basement and the light switches at either end turn all 3 or all 3 off at one time. So if the switches on the cords hold up that should save a bit more power over the all on version that was there previously. Read more

The lighting quality is good, and I’m glad I’m back to full visibility in my shop. However, these lights are very lightweight, and do not have reflecting shades. I guess I should have looked closer at the pics. They are simply two long LED tube lights with plastic housing on the ends for wiring. I took the white metal reflector shades off of my old lights and attached these lights to them. The price was right, and the reviews say they last long, so I’ll try to stay positive. Read more
