I love this thing! It is super easy to use. It makes ric cleaning so much easier than it normally is it takes a few minutes to heat up. That's about it but I'm used to that anyways so that's the norm. But it has so many attachments. You can use it in any room of the house to clean anything. I've been using it on my cabinets. The media could not be loaded. First off, I love this machine. There are plenty of different attachments for cleaning practically any area. It is sturdy, solid, and well made. My main reason for purchasing was for cleaning floors. I am disabled, so I like that it sits on the ground with wheels, so I don't have to lift it. It is easy to maneuver around. It is so much simpler, and cleaner, to use than a traditional mop and bucket. I was blown away with how well it cleaned the grout and even the small details in my tile floors. I took off one star because there are some ways it could be improved. It is slow to heat up. I have a standing one that heats much faster, and might hold more water, but it only does floors and is too heavy for me to use from my wheelchair. I fill this with hot water to speed up the process a bit. There isn't a 'fill line' or a viewing window to see when it is full, but the tank holds 6 cups/1.5 litres until it starts to over flow. The cord is long, so I can cover a large area, but there is no way to wind up the cord when it is not in use. A retractable cord, or even just some hooks to wrap it around would be helpful. I use a velcro strap to hold it together after I wind it around my arm. The biggest complaint I have is that cleaning pads are not included. You have to buy them separately, from a different company. It took some trial and error to find the right cloths to use for the different attachments. There are different sizes of elastic booties available that are easy to use. Unfortunately, the measurements of the attachments is not listed in the description, so I had to wait until it arrived to measure the pieces and order covers. I included pictures of the covers that fit, to make it a little easier for anyone else considering purchasing this. In all, minor inconveniences when considering the price, and how well it works. Its only a fraction of the cost of similar items. I was looking at spending a few hundred dollars to have my tile professionally cleaned. The steamer heats to high temperatures consisting of 250 degree F and higher. The steamer comes with multiple attachments, which are handy. However, it is confusing as to which attachments need which adapter. You have to refer to the owner's manual to know which adapter fits each attachment. The handle on the steamer is thick and somewhat coarse, which leads to discomfort on your hand. I would give the item five stars, but the usage life of the steamer is limited. The light to the on and off switch stopped working after a couple of uses. This creates a hazard. Without the light it can be easy to walk off and leave the machine on, without realizing it. The steam output is great and can be adjusted-depending on what you need. The overall value of the machine to its cost is reasonable. The heat up time is reasonable, but you have to wait a long time for the machine to cool down. You need to wait in between each use for the machine to cool down to prevent the machine from over heating and prevent damage to the machine.
