We were looking for a good cleaning solution that does an amazing job without using chemicals and this definitely fit the bill. We originally got this to clean in between the grout on our tile floors but with all the other attachments we've also been able to do a deep clean on our stove and also on our windows and window seals. I also used it on my bathtub, which had a tough black stain stuck for days. I really wanted to love this steamer because the description sounded perfect for what I needed. Unfortunately, my experience hasn’t matched the glowing reviews here. I bought it specifically to clean the grout lines in my kitchen and bathroom. I followed the instructions carefully, filled the tank, and waited for it to heat up. The first disappointment was that the steam pressure was pretty weak — it just wasn’t powerful enough to lift the grime. I still had to scrub by hand afterward, which defeated the purpose of buying a “heavy duty” steamer. It’s also heavier than I expected once filled, and after a few minutes of use, my arm got tired trying to move it around. The cord felt just a bit too short for reaching all the corners, so I kept having to unplug and find a closer outlet. The water lasted a decent amount of time, which was nice, but I noticed a little bit of dripping around the cap area, which made me nervous while using it on my wood floors. I can see why it might work for light surface cleaning or for people with smaller areas to tackle, but sadly it didn’t meet my expectations for deep cleaning grout or tough spots. It does a good job cleaning the floors. Very easy to use and maneuver around the house. It comes with a nice set of attachments. I haven't used it for anything else. Next I'll be cleaning the windows. Read more
