Unexpectedly adorable! I bought this for my teen daughter. The cut of the suit is very modern. The thigh openings are not angled high but give a comfortable modern fit. The top has a nice scallop giving enough coverage that she doesn’t feel like she’s exposed or falling out. You can tell it’s well lined especially in the bottom area where the extra lining is needed. Absolute garbage. I really wanted to like this swimsuit but there is a something inside the binding/elastic that basically melts, and leeches out every time we wash it. After the most recent wash, the straps have zero elastic left and the entire suit is useless. We’ve only had it 2.5 months but it’s not usable anymore and now I’m out $45 for a suit I can’t return. Every wash, the elastic/binding issue got increasingly worse. It’s literally like a sticky “putty” that comes out and makes everything sticky until finally there’s no elastic anymore. I’m really frustrated by how poorly this lasted for the price I paid. It’s only been worn maybe 5 times. Read more
