I get sinus infections/sinus headaches and, strangely enough, placing this on my forehead provides some relief from the discomfort. (This is not a claim that it cures an ailment, only that it contributes to comfort... kind of like using a heating pad might. But you can't really put a heating pad on your face.) At the most basic level, I should note that the device works, so I'm pleaded about that. It's still new so I cannot yet speak to longevity.
