I really like this red light therapy mask. This is my third mask, and this one is such an upgrade, and was worth the extra money. It is super lightweight, easy to wear and adjust, and I really love that the eyes are shielded from the light well enough that I can still do tasks while wearing this because I can see, even my phone. The silacone is soft and smooth, and not sticky at all. The red light has three brightness modes, and I am aiming to reduce wrinkles, so I have been using the brightest red light mode. Using this feels like being at the spa. The light is lightly warm and non-irritating. I've been using this nightly for just over a week. This process lasts 10 minutes at a time, and I repeat it twice in a row every night, for a total of 20 minutes. I use this, along with my chosen anti-aging serum as well as my moisturizer, and my skin looks and feels beautiful. It's well hydrated, smooth, and my complexion is glowing. I've had comments from three different women this week, and the only thing that I've been doing differently is using this mask. Although I've only been using it for a short time, I must say that the mask is effective in helping my skin glow. I'm hoping that over the coming months, I will also notice reduced fine lines. So now this unit is being used by my wife and my teenage son who took the suggestions from the Mom. Of course, she uses the red light and he uses the blue light for his acnes. It has been used every night now. Aside from the hope of better skin, the lightness and breathbility of this mask is super. You don't feel much as soon as you get use to it.
