This Beauty Microneedling Dermastamp seems to be well made and the needles are sharp. The packaging is confusing - it says the item is not reusable. So I guess if the head cannot be replace, it's a disposable one time use item, which seems to be a waste. Otherwise, it easy to use, just roll the cleaned area. Read more

This is a good roller to be used not only on beard but in case you want to use it on the scalp. It does take sometime to see results so patience and dedication is required to see results. 0.25 mm is a safe length to be used at home. Make sure to cleanse before using it and add some serum after it for skin to absorb it better. Read more

This micro-needle roller is very easy to use and to clean. I like to roll this on my hairline as I’m focusing on this area to increase hair growth. It can also be used if you’re looking to grow your beard out or even to treat some surface level scarring on the body or face. I read the needles should be longer for deeper scars though. It’s important to sanitise this tool before and after use, as well as making sure the area you’re working on is clean and dry. I like to clean it by soaking it in a bowl of isopropyl solution and then leaving it to dry. This works for me. Overall, this is a nice weekly treatment for my hairline and I enjoy using it. This item works, but it’s flimsy and not worth $15. I have one for a cheaper price, and it is far more durable than this one. I don’t recommend this roller at the current price point. The quality is not worth more than $7 - $10. This item can damage the skin if too much pressure is applied. The roller pricks the skin. Therefore, it should be sanitized after each use to prevent infections. If you have never used a derma roller before, I recommend you consult a professional who can advise you on how to use it.
