I noticed no eye irritation while using this. It stays on, is pretty pigmented, and I've noticed it is pretty waterproof. It can all be removed with a bit of makeup remover. My only complaint is that it is pretty flimsy, and I've had a couple break, but I feel that should be expected for this kind of eyeliner. Perfect for eyes and contour! Read more
