I was super excited to get these thinking they would be hotel quality. I took them out and let them fluff up for 24 hours. They appeared to be good quality. I love Beautyrest pillows, the luxury ones are expensive but last years and don’t lose their shape. I usually get the memory foam and I wanted to try something different. They are perfect, and at a good price for two! Very comfortable, not too fluffy and not too flat. They hold their shape well. Instructions said that for extra fluff, you can put them in a dryer for a few minutes, but I didn't think they needed it. I have a bad neck, and most pillows are not comfortable at all for me. I really like these pillows so much. I have a neck roll pillow, and I can still use that along with this pillow. I'd definately order another set of these when I get my guest bed! Read more

So this is a pretty good set of pillows. There is one negative that I'll talk about a bit later in the review, but overall I really like them. They're very comfortable, and you just can't beat the feel of 100% cotton on your skin. I ordered jumbo size, and I think they fit well on my Queen-sized bed... not too big, not too small. After removing them from their plastic wrappings, they fluff up quite a bit. As a result, they are a little bit thicker than I tend to like, but they do compress quite a bit more than cotton-filled pillows, so it sorta evens out. I was a bit worried about getting poked by quills due to the goose-down feathers, but it hasn't been an issue at all. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if they somehow found a way to remove them altogether. In terms of negatives, there is one, but it can be circumvented with a little help. Almost right away, I did notice them leaking a few feathers. Cotton just isn't tight-knit enough to contain something as fine as goose-down. So I will be ordering extra covers for them... perhaps something leak-proof. I might lose a bit of comfort, but It'll be worth not having ultra-fine feathers seeping into the air while I sleep.
