Item arrived undamaged - aired out for 24 hours - at first it looked like it wasn't big enough - however - it was and them some. It is about an inch wider at the top right side. It is pretty comfortable but not “memory foam”. Push your hand down on it for several seconds and it pops back up instantly. I must have gotten one that was in storage too long. It never fully expanded along one edge. Read more
